Our Commitment
At Trendly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with our service, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — no questions asked.
How Refunds Work
Since Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record, all refund requests are processed through Lemon Squeezy. This means Lemon Squeezy handles the actual refund transaction and communication.
Refund Eligibility

Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have already been used for image generation
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless required by law)
How to Request a Refund
Option 1: Lemon Squeezy Support (Fastest)
For the fastest refund processing, contact Lemon Squeezy directly:
- Find your purchase receipt email from Lemon Squeezy
- Click the "Manage Order" or "View Invoice" link in the email
- Request a refund through your customer portal
- Or contact Lemon Squeezy support directly
Option 2: Contact Trendly Support
Alternatively, you can contact us and we'll coordinate with Lemon Squeezy on your behalf:

- Your account email
- Transaction ID (from your receipt email)
- Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)
We'll respond within 2 business days and process your request promptly.
Refund Timeline
Once your refund is approved:
- Processing time: 1–5 business days for Lemon Squeezy to process
- Bank/Card refund: Additional 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution
- PayPal: Usually appears within 3–5 business days
You'll receive an email confirmation from Lemon Squeezy when your refund is processed.
After Your Refund
When a refund is processed:
- Subscriptions: Your subscription will be cancelled immediately, and your account will revert to the Free plan
- Credit Packs: Any unused credits from the refunded pack will be removed from your account
- Generated Content: Any images you've already generated will remain accessible based on the Free plan retention period (30 days)
Your Trendly account will remain active, and you can continue using the service with the Free plan or purchase again at any time.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us or Lemon Squeezy before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks:
- May result in immediate account suspension
- Take longer to resolve than direct refund requests
- May incur additional fees that complicate the refund process
We're committed to resolving any billing issues quickly and fairly. Please give us a chance to help before disputing with your bank.
Cancelling Your Subscription
If you want to cancel your subscription to prevent future charges (without requesting a refund for the current period):
- Log in to your Trendly account
- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
European Union Customers
If you're located in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive. This right applies from the date of purchase.
Note that by using the service immediately after purchase, you may waive your right of withdrawal for digital content. However, we honor our 14-day refund guarantee regardless.
